Designer Teo Yang is preserving and transforming Korean craft heritage: “I want to inspire people to take an interest in tradition and pass it on to future generations. I don’t want to create an institution because I believe passion for tradition should come naturally. Only those with real passion can create meaningful change.”

What is next for curator Hans Ulrich Obrist? HUO: “I’m very interested in the future of education—how we can create new interdisciplinary schools like Black Mountain College. It’s a topic I’d love to explore in a future Marathon or conference.”
